Before you start

Payment: we only accept USDC.
We sell worldwide, to individuals and businesses, except to anyone who resides or is located in the United States (and its territories), the United Kingdom, Canada, China or a sanctioned country, and except in the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
Delivery: the license (install URL and token) reaches you by email once we confirm the payment.

Acceptance

I have read and accept the License Terms (version 2026-10-04) and the Purchase Terms, and I confirm that:

I use only my own funds and wallets, never those of third parties;
I do not reside and am not located in an excluded country, I am not a sanctioned person, and the law of my country and the terms of the exchanges I use allow me to use the software;
I am buying software that I install and operate myself: the seller does not advise me or trade for me.

I expressly accept that the software may —because of failures, changes or maintenance of the exchanges, the networks or my server, or because of errors in the software itself— send duplicate orders or orders different from the ones I configured, fail to cancel orders, leave positions open, and fail to execute a stop-loss or execute it late. I know this can cause me losses, even of all the funds I hold on the exchanges, and that I must monitor my positions.

You can cancel and get a full refund until you first use your install link (right of withdrawal). More information on the cancellation and refund page.

I request that supply begin immediately and I acknowledge that I will lose my right of withdrawal when I activate my install link, that is, the first time I use my install URL to download the software.

≈ €53 as a guide; the invoice is issued in euros at the ECB rate at the time of payment.

Paid in USDC. The payment address and network come in a separate email that we send for each order, from info@grider.xyz; do not pay to any other address. The network fee of your transfer is separate.
Delivered by email once the payment is confirmed, within 2 business days at most.
Cancellation and refund: 14 calendar days, until you activate your install link (see the last box).
