Purchase Terms
Version 2026-10-04 · Pre-contract information and terms of sale for GRIDer Pack licenses · Change history
Before you buy, read this information and the License Terms (version 2026-10-04). Both form part of the contract and we email them to you with your order confirmation.
1. Who sells
- Seller: Juan Jesús Cobo Gómez
- Tax ID (NIF): 77343450Q
- Address: c/ Henry Dunant 2, 1º B, 23009 Jaén (España)
- Email: info@grider.xyz
- Phone: +34 666 379 783 (no charge beyond the cost of a standard call)
The seller is an individual, registered as self-employed, who develops and sells software licenses. The seller does not provide investment services or crypto-asset services.
2. What you buy
A license to use GRIDer Pack, a grid trading program that you install and operate yourself, on your own server or computer, and that connects with your keys to supported decentralized exchanges. Its main characteristics are:
- One installation running at a time, on one server or computer.
- Up to 2 EVM wallets and 2 Solana wallets per seat; each license includes one seat.
- Term: 3 months (quarterly license) or 12 months (annual license), from the day we send you the license. No automatic renewal.
- Updates, including security updates, throughout the license period.
- Technical support for the software —installation, configuration and bugs— by email and in our Discord and Telegram channels. Support never includes investment recommendations or setting up your strategies.
- Technical protection measure: the software periodically checks the license with the seller's server, sending only the license token and a random identifier of the installation. If the license has been expired for more than 7 days, or could not be checked for more than 7 days, new grids cannot be launched; running grids are never stopped.
The seller does not hold funds, does not execute or transmit orders and does not give advice. The exchanges are third parties and, according to ESMA's public registers checked on 26 September 2026, none of the supported ones is authorized in the European Union to provide investment services or crypto-asset services; some European authorities have published warnings about some of them. Each exchange has its own terms of use, including on bots and the use of its API, which you must read and comply with before you connect it. The details and the risks are in the License Terms, sections 6 and 7.
3. Technical requirements and compatibility
You need, on your own account:
- A Linux server (VPS) with at least 2 vCPU and 4 GB of RAM, 20 GB of disk and a public IPv4 address (Ubuntu 24.04 recommended; Ubuntu 22.04 or Debian 12 also work), or a Mac with macOS 13 or later.
- Docker. The installer adds it if you do not have it (on a Mac, through Homebrew and Colima, or use Docker Desktop if you already have it).
- A permanent connection (24/7). A grid needs its machine switched on and connected; a computer that goes to sleep leaves it unattended.
- Your own accounts on the exchanges the software supports (the current list is on the home page), whose terms of use —including on bots and the use of their API— you must read and comply with before you connect them, and a compatible wallet (EVM or Solana).
- An up-to-date browser.
Not included in the price: the server, the connection, exchange fees and funding, and blockchain network fees.
4. Who we sell to
- We sell worldwide, to consumers and to businesses and professionals, with the exceptions below. You can visit our website from any country.
- We do not sell to people who reside in, or are located when buying in, the United States (or its territories: Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands and the U.S. Minor Outlying Islands), the United Kingdom, Canada, China, Russia, Belarus, Iran, North Korea, Syria or Cuba, or in territories subject to comprehensive sanctions or embargoes, such as the areas of Ukraine occupied by Russia; to businesses incorporated or established in those countries or territories or with their place of effective management there; or to sanctioned persons or entities. Nationality is not a sales criterion, except where sanctions law requires it.
- Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: for now we do not sell to consumers resident there or to businesses established there, because they have their own indirect taxes (IGIC in the Canary Islands; IPSI in Ceuta and Melilla) for which we are not registered.
- The law of your country: you may only buy if the law of your country allows you to use the software and to trade on the exchanges you connect, and if their terms allow it (License Terms, section 5).
The order form only offers the countries we accept. We may ask you to prove your details and cancel an order that does not meet these requirements, refunding what you paid unless sanctions law prevents it.
5. Price and taxes
Prices are fixed, in USDC, and the same for every customer:
- Quarterly license (3 months): 59 USDC (≈ €53 as a guide; the invoice is issued in euros at the ECB rate at the time of payment).
- Annual license (12 months): 179 USDC (≈ €160 as a guide; the invoice is issued in euros at the ECB rate at the time of payment).
The amount you pay is the one stated in USDC. Its equivalent in euros is only a guide —we work it out with an approximate rate of 1.12 USD per euro, as of 3 October 2026— and may vary until the time of payment. The conversion that counts for the invoice is the one in section 6.
VAT treatment depending on who buys:
- Consumer resident in the European Union (Spain included): Spanish VAT at 21% included in the price.
- Consumer resident outside the European Union: outside the scope of Spanish VAT.
- Business or professional established in Spain: Spanish VAT at 21% included in the price.
- Business or professional in another EU member state with a valid VAT number: invoiced without Spanish VAT under the reverse-charge mechanism; you account for the VAT in your country.
- Business or professional established outside the EU: outside the scope of Spanish VAT.
Apart from the price you only pay the network fee of your USDC transfer, which is charged by the network itself, not by the seller. There are no delivery costs or other charges, and the price is not personalized.
6. Payment and invoice
- We only accept USDC. We give you the payment address and network in a separate email that we send for each order, from info@grider.xyz; do not pay to any other address. Send the exact amount, on the network stated in that email and within the time it sets; if we do not receive the payment in that time, the order is cancelled at no cost to you.
- We recommend paying from a wallet you control. If you pay from an exchange, give us an address of your own in case we have to refund you.
- Payments are recorded on a public blockchain.
- We may check the sending address against public sanctions lists. We cannot accept payments from sanctioned persons or entities.
- Invoice: we email it to you, in euros, converting the USDC amount using the latest USD/EUR reference rate published by the European Central Bank at the time of your payment, taking 1 USDC = 1 USD (if USDC were not trading at par that day, we would use its market USDC/EUR rate at that time). The same rule applies to every sale and is stated on the invoice.
7. How to place an order
- On the buy page you choose the plan, say whether you are buying as a consumer or as a business and fill in your details.
- You tick the boxes: two if you are buying as a business and three if you are a consumer. With the first you accept the terms and make your representations; with the second you expressly accept the characteristics of the software in section 7.2 of the License Terms; the third, for consumers only, is the withdrawal box (section 9).
- You review the order summary and press the "Order with obligation to pay" button. The contract is concluded at that moment, when we record the order and show you its code and the amount to pay on screen.
- We send you an order confirmation email with these terms and the License Terms attached, the text of the boxes you ticked and, if you are a consumer, confirmation of your consent and acknowledgement regarding withdrawal.
- You pay in USDC, to the address and on the network we give you in a separate email that we send for each order, from info@grider.xyz; do not pay to any other address.
- Once we confirm the payment on the blockchain, we email you the license: your personal install link (URL) and the install token.
Correcting errors: before pressing the button you can review and change all your details; the form tells you if something is missing or invalid. If you spot an error afterwards, write to us before paying and we will correct it.
Record of the contract: we keep an electronic record of your order, of the version of the terms you accepted and of your declarations. You receive a copy by email and can ask us for another one at any time.
Languages: you can contract in Spanish or English.
Codes of conduct: the seller does not subscribe to any code of conduct.
8. Delivery
We email you the license without undue delay and, at the latest, within 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Spanish national public holidays) after the payment is confirmed on the blockchain. If we do not send it within that time, you can ask us to send it without delay and, if we still do not, terminate the contract; if we tell you we will not be able to deliver it, you can terminate it immediately. In both cases we refund everything you paid without delay. The license period starts on the day we send it to you.
9. Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from its conclusion, without giving any reason. You can do it:
- with the online withdrawal function: Withdraw from contract here;
- by email to info@grider.xyz or by letter to c/ Henry Dunant 2, 1º B, 23009 Jaén (España), with an unequivocal statement. You may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
It is enough to send your communication before the period ends. If you withdraw, we refund everything you have paid us without undue delay and at the latest within 14 calendar days of being informed: in USDC, on the same network and to the address you paid from or to another address of yours that you give us in writing, at no cost to you. We pay the network fee of the refund; the network fee you paid when sending your payment was charged by the network, not by us. We refund USDC, with no adjustment for changes in its value in euros.
When you lose the right of withdrawal. The license is digital content not supplied on a tangible medium. You lose the right of withdrawal when performance of the contract begins, that is, when you activate your install link: the first time you use your personal install URL to download the software, if these three conditions are met (you meet the first two with the withdrawal box of the order):
- when placing the order you expressly asked for supply to start immediately, before the withdrawal period ends;
- when placing the order you expressly acknowledged that, when you activate your install link, you will lose your right of withdrawal; and
- we have sent you by email the confirmation of the contract with that consent and that acknowledgement.
Until then you can withdraw, even if you have already received the email with the license: we will deactivate it and refund everything you paid. If any of the three conditions is missing, you keep the right for the whole period and, if you withdraw, you pay nothing for what you have received.
Exception: the right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases made by businesses and professionals for their business.
All the information and the model form are on the withdrawal page.
10. Legal guarantee and updates
- Legal guarantee of conformity (consumers): the software must conform to the contract for the whole license period. If it does not, you can ask us to bring it into conformity and, if that is not possible or we fail to do it, a price reduction or termination of the contract, as provided by law. The characteristics you expressly accept when you buy (section 7.2 of the License Terms) are not a lack of conformity.
- Minimum update period: we supply updates, including security updates, for your whole license period. We support the current version and the one immediately before it.
- You apply the updates. If you do not install them, your installation may remain exposed to errors or vulnerabilities that have already been fixed, and we are not liable for failures caused only by not installing them once we have informed you of them and of these consequences.
- We offer no additional commercial guarantees.
11. Term and renewal
The license lasts 3 or 12 months and does not renew automatically: we will not charge you anything when it ends. If you want to keep using the software, you place a new order. There is no commitment beyond the period you pay for.
12. Customer service and complaints
You can send us questions, complaints and claims, wherever you live:
- on this website, the channel you use to place your order, with our complaint form;
- by email, to info@grider.xyz;
- by phone, on +34 666 379 783 (no charge beyond a standard call; you will speak to a person);
- by post, to c/ Henry Dunant 2, 1º B, 23009 Jaén (España).
When we receive your complaint we will give you a reference code and a written receipt (by email). We will reply in writing, in the language of your contract, as soon as possible and at the latest within 15 calendar days of receiving your complaint.
Official complaint forms (hojas de quejas y reclamaciones) are available to you. They are the official forms of the Regional Government of Andalusia (Junta de Andalucía), the autonomous community where the seller is domiciled. How to use them:
- Ask us for them by email at info@grider.xyz, by phone on +34 666 379 783 or by post at c/ Henry Dunant 2, 1º B, 23009 Jaén (España), and we will send them to you free of charge. You can also download them from www.consumoresponde.es.
- Fill them in with your details, a description of the facts and what you are asking us for.
- Submit them to us by email at info@grider.xyz or by post at c/ Henry Dunant 2, 1º B, 23009 Jaén (España), in a way that records that we received them and when. If you downloaded them yourself, send us all three copies.
- We will reply in writing within 10 business days at most (not counting Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays) of receiving them, and tell you whether we agree to settle the dispute through consumer mediation or arbitration.
- If we do not reply within that time or you disagree with our reply, you can send the copy marked «para la Administración» to the municipal consumer information office (OMIC) where you live or, if there is none, to the territorial office of the Andalusian Government responsible for consumer affairs.
We are not a member of, or bound by any rule or code to use, any consumer alternative dispute resolution entity or the Spanish Consumer Arbitration System. If we do not resolve your complaint, our written reply will name at least one competent entity —for example, if you live in Spain, the consumer arbitration board of your region; in another country, a consumer alternative dispute resolution body of your country— and tell you whether we agree to take part in the procedure. For Spain, the list of accredited entities is on the website of the Spanish Ministry of Social Rights, Consumer Affairs and 2030 Agenda. You can also go to your local or regional consumer services (or the consumer authority of your country), or to the courts.
13. Data protection
We process your order details as explained in the Privacy Policy.
14. Governing law
The purchase is governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your habitual residence and can bring claims before the courts of your domicile. If you are a business or professional, the courts of Jaén (Spain) have jurisdiction. The details are in section 14 of the License Terms.
