The owner's activity —developing and selling software licenses— is not subject to any prior administrative authorization regime. The owner does not provide investment services or crypto-asset services and is not listed as an authorized entity in the registers of the CNMV or the Bank of Spain. The owner does not subscribe to any code of conduct.
License prices, their taxes and the rest of the sale information are in the Purchase Terms.
2. Website terms of use
2.1. Purpose. This website provides information about GRIDer Pack, offers free tools (calculators and a range study) and documentation, and lets you buy licenses. Using the website means you accept these terms. Purchases are also governed by the Purchase Terms and the License Terms.
2.2. General information, not advice. The texts, calculators, simulations, studies and templates are general information, published the same for everyone, that does not take your situation into account. They are not investment advice or a recommendation to buy, sell or trade any asset. Simulated or past results do not predict future results. The content may contain errors or become outdated: check it before making decisions.
2.3. Proper use. You may not use the website for unlawful purposes, try to access its systems without permission, overload or attack it, or extract its content in bulk by automated means. If you find a vulnerability, follow the security policy.
2.4. Intellectual property. The texts, design, code, images and the GRIDer brand belong to the owner or its licensors. You may view and print them for your personal use; any other use requires permission. The names and logos of exchanges and other third parties are trademarks of their respective owners and appear only to indicate compatibility: GRIDer is independent software, not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by any of them.
2.5. Links. The website links to third-party sites (for example, server providers' documentation and social networks). The owner does not control those sites or answer for their content, and a link implies no relationship with them.
2.6. Availability and liability. We try to keep the website available and accurate, but we do not guarantee it. The owner is not liable for damage arising from the use of the general information on the website, except where the law does not allow that liability to be excluded.
2.7. Privacy and cookies. Data processing is explained in the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.
2.8. Changes. We may change the website and these terms. The applicable version is the one published, identified by its date (3 October 2026).
2.9. Governing law and jurisdiction. These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may bring claims before the courts of your domicile; in all other cases, the parties submit to the courts of Jaén (Spain), the owner's domicile.
