Withdrawal

If you bought a GRIDer Pack license as a consumer, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of its conclusion, as explained below. You can do it with the online withdrawal function at https://grider.xyz/withdrawal/ ("Withdraw from contract here"), by email to info@grider.xyz or by letter to c/ Henry Dunant 2, 1º B, 23009 Jaén (España).
If, when buying, you agreed that supply would start immediately and you have already activated your install link, first read the section "When the right of withdrawal is lost". The full terms are in the Purchase Terms.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Juan Jesús Cobo Gómez, c/ Henry Dunant 2, 1º B, 23009 Jaén (España), telephone +34 666 379 783, email info@grider.xyz) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
You can also electronically fill in and submit the model withdrawal form or any other unequivocal statement on our website, at https://grider.xyz/withdrawal/ ("Withdraw from contract here" button). If you use this option, we will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by email) without delay, with its content and the date and time you sent it.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction —USDC, on the same network—, to the address you paid from or to another address of yours that you give us in writing; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
When the right of withdrawal is lost
The license is digital content not supplied on a tangible medium. You will lose the right of withdrawal when performance of the contract begins, that is, when you activate your install link —the first time you use your personal install URL to download the software—, if: (1) when placing the order you expressly requested that supply begin before the withdrawal period ends; (2) when placing the order you expressly acknowledged that, when you activate your install link, you will lose your right of withdrawal; and (3) we have sent you by email the confirmation of the contract with that consent and that acknowledgement.
Until then you can withdraw, even if you have already received the email with the license. If any of those requirements is missing, you keep the right for the whole period and you will not have to pay anything for what you have received.
Businesses and professionals
The right of withdrawal does not apply to those who buy as a business or professional for their business.
